Thank you for stopping by my blog, I hope you arrived from Lisa's rockin paper scissors and glue blog if not, please use the link, you don't want to miss her inspiration. You can also begin at the start of the Blog Hop with Karen at Club Scrap's Blog.
My project this month with the December Navigation Collection is a necklace or a custom pendant
A 1 and 3/8" circle punch was used to obtain a perfect circle of the Laugh More sentiment from a cut apart included in the kit. A larger circle was fussy cut , by tracing along the outside edge of the Cabochon (clear domed top). The edges of the paper circles were inked using Club Scrap Earth ink. A gold compass was cut from one of the special fibers included in the Club Stamp Navigation Kit. Club Scrap glue adhered the circles together and to the Bezel (base of the necklace). The glue was also used to adhere the top to the paper. The glue dries clear so there were no worries. In place of the chain, one of the fibers, which was included in the collection, was threaded through the clasp, after a bow was tied. The necklace was from Retreat 2015 and can be purchased in a set of 3 in the Club Scrap Store, it is called Bezel,Cabochon & Chain Set (3 pk), which can be found here.
Next up on the Blog Hop is Kay's Keepsakes Blog, be sure to stop by and see what she has created with this wonderful collection.
Thank you again for stopping by.
Enjoy a wonderful New Year,
Cathy
