Thanks for visiting my blog during the Graffiti Blog Hop. This month's project is a keeper of all my swaps, which is modeled after the Perfect Bound Notepad Portfolio using items from the Club Scrap January Graffiti kit.
I commit myself to many swaps, at least 10 a month, but then I forget the details, like how many, due date and sometimes the whole swap!
Not this year, I have a tag for every month, a pen handy and bright colors to remind to take this perfectly sized swap holder with me.
I used removable monthly tags so it could be used next year as well.
When swaps had information on themes distributed in January for all of 2014, the paper was folded and added in the pocket, so everything is together, not small peices of paper which always get lost until mid December.
I added a "Mailed" column because there are times when the swap item has been completed and then the mail by date passes right by me.
It was fun to add all the bright colored paper and quotes to keep the inspiration going all year, tape was used from my stash.
In addition the Graffiti GTG cards will also be put to good use in a workshop next month. Four cards were created with ideas shared , during this last month, in the Club Scrap Creates blog postings, thanks Deb, Julie and Kay for the ideas!
The "chalkboard" background cardstock was from Gratitude, here are two more
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I love reading all your comments, so thank you for taking the time for those as well.
Next up on the blog hop is Anne Hunter, click away and see what she has created with this fun and bright kit!
If you should want to start at the beginning, it all starts at Karen at Club Scrap Creates Blog .
Enjoy,
Cathy
Wow, 10 swaps! You are and have to be an organized person for keeping up with all of that. It's so great you do all that, this project is useful, clever and wonderful all at the same time, what a fun way to keep organized!
P.S. Glad you liked the chalkboard card!

Cathy! This is a fantastic idea - I need a single place to keep track of all of my crafty commitments. Right now they are on my phone, but a handy project like this would keep me inspired all year long. Thanks for sharing!

Cathy, this project, like all your projects, really impresses me. I love to see you start a project, just to see what it ends up like. I sometimes get to take a peek or two during, and it's not unusual for me to have no clue where you will eventually end up. This was a great and practical project that I know you'll get a lot of use of. It's beautiful, and feel happy looking at it!
