I am so excited to once again be a part of the Club Scrap Bookshelves Blog Hop. Here is my project, the Nook Book Project from the Sonoma March 2010 Kit, created with everything from the March 2013 BookShelves kit. Here is the outside made with the wonderful Velvet Swirl paper.
The Velvet paper is to die for, here is the inside of the book, the die cuts and library card holder were included in the Bookshelves kit too!
Here is a closer look at the inside page, the bicycle and key were from my stash as well as the hat pin and the ivory round tulle peice.
I really love the globe stamp, plus the stamp used in the bottle cap, which came from the Club Stamp Bookshelves kit, while the pearls on the bottle cap were in the Club Scrap kit. The bottle cap and with the clear epoxy sticker, are included in the Bookshelves Lite kit.
Now here is the neatest part
Pull the tab and the first page lifts up, revealing another page.
The next tab can be pulled from the side of the book
and the final nook is revealed
The book was made following instructions in Tricia's video as well as instructions in the March Scrap rap, and the paper was also included in the Bookshelves Lite, formally known as the Jr kit. Many items are from the Club Scrap , Lite or Stamp Bookshelves kit.
Here are some close ups of the details in this project
This "old" project was a blast to make with so many wonderful papers, diecuts and elements from this month's Bookshelves kits.
